Online Booking Security:

To secure your appointment, a $50 deposit per service is required at the time of booking for new customers.
This amount will be deducted from your total service cost on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

We operate on a 24-hour notice policy for rescheduling or cancellations. If you need to make changes, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment via email at hello@maytopia.com.au

Late Changes and No-Show Fees:

• Changes with less than 24 hours' notice 50% of the total service price will be charged.

• If you change the service to a lesser value with less than 24 hours' notice, the original price still applies.

• Failing to provide 1-hour notice before the appointment or no-shows will result in a 100% charge of the booked service cost.

Late Arrivals:

If you are late for your appointment, we may not be able to extend the full duration of your massage due to time restrictions. You will be required to pay the original service price.

Client Responsibility for Booking Accuracy:

Please ensure that all appointment details (date, time, and service) are correct at the time of booking. A confirmation email is sent immediately after each booking is made. It is the client’s responsibility to review and verify the accuracy of their booking.

Maytopia is not responsible for errors made by clients when selecting their appointment date or time. Failure to attend an appointment due to an incorrect booking that was confirmed via email will be treated as a no-show, and 100% of the service fee will apply, as per our cancellation policy.

We strongly encourage all clients to double-check their confirmation email and contact us immediately if any changes are needed.

Unforeseen Circumstances:

In situations beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule, we will make every effort to contact you promptly.

Strictly Non-Sexual Service:

Our studio strictly provides non-sexual services.

Any inappropriate requests or behaviour will result in the refusal of service without a refund.

Equal Human Rights:

We believe in creating an environment of equal human rights. Rude or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to refuse service in such instances.
